This is an unpaid speaking opportunity, but selected speakers will receive:
A complimentary day delegate pass for the day they are presenting
The option to upgrade to a full conference registration at a discounted rate
Promotion of your session and profile through conference marketing, including the website and program
An opportunity to be featured in pre-event promotional videos or campaigns to help build excitement around the program
NOTE: This opportunity is not suitable for paid speaking opportunities. If you are a professional keynote speaker, you should reach out on the contact us page for consideration.
Presentations should be educational in nature (not product demos or sales-focused).
You may be invited to participate in a short promotional video or social media campaign to help drive awareness of your topic.
Speakers must submit presentation slides to the conference organisers at least 3 weeks prior to the event.
Sessions are subject to selection based on alignment with the overall program and audience interests.
Most sessions will be 30–45 minutes, including time for questions. Formats can vary (presentation, panel, workshop, etc.), and we encourage interactive or hands-on elements where possible.
Absolutely. If you have multiple session ideas, feel free to submit them all. Each topic will be assessed individually.
Yes. All session rooms will be equipped with standard AV including a screen, projector, microphone, and tech support.
