The Australian Trucking Association is using a third-party provider for all registration and transactional requirements. This includes the use of the events platform Entegy for delegate registration, event communications and event app building.

Entegy uses industry-leading security standards to protect our delegates' data and has implemented the following security measures:

  End-to-end encryption for data in transit and at rest. Your sensitive event data is protected with AES-256 encryption and TLS 1.3 protocols.

No, you will have to purchase tickets via our registration website.

Yes, however it is subject to availability.

You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket selection for the event. You will be required to present your confirmation email upon arrival for the Events Team to check you in.

Yes, your ticket is transferrable, however you will need to email the ATA Events team so they can update the ticket registration and lanyard details. You cannot transfer the ticket to another ATA event. 

Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her/their place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:

• Registrations cancelled 31 days or more before the start of the event are eligible for a 70% refund of the conference ticket fees paid.

• Registrations cancelled fewer than 31 days before the start of the event are NOT eligible for a refund of the conference ticket fees paid.

Please note that each hotel has its own payment and cancellation policies. Kindly read them carefully before making your booking.

Cancellations must be managed directly with the venue, before the hotel’s cut-off date.

Yes, we require full payment upon purchasing a ticket. 

We offer the option to purchase tickets by invoice at the check-out stage of the registration process. However, we reserve the right to cancel your ticket selection, if payment is not received within 7 days from the date of the invoice.

We accept payments via bank transfer (invoice payable within 7 days from the issue date) or credit card payments (Visa and Mastercard only).

Due to the nature of the event activities, we require attendees to be
18 years or older.

Our preferred dress code for the conference sessions is smart casual.  Our evening social events are a chance to get out and get stylish. For the Gala Awards Dinner on the final night, the dress code is business suit/gala attire.
