The NZAGS ASM 2026 is being held at Glenroy Auditorium, 1 Harrop Street, Dunedin Centre.
The registration desk will be in the Exhibition Hall at the Town Hall.

To qualify for early bird registration, you must complete your registration before the early bird deadline. Early bird expires on 30 January 2026, with the standard fees starting from 31 January 2026.
You can pay by credit card (MasterCard or Visa), or invoice. If paying by invoice, the payment terms are strictly 7 days after receipt of the invoice.
We understand that circumstances can change. At any time before NZAGS ASM 2026, you can email us at NZAGS to cancel your registration.
A full refund, minus an $80 service fee, will be issued for cancellations received on or before 6 February 2026.
After this date, no refunds will be made except at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the ASM is cancelled, then the registration fee will be refunded.
All refunds will be processed after the meeting.

Yes. You are more than welcome to book an additional ticket to the NZAGS Awards Dinner when booking your registration.

When you register for the ASM please indicate your dietary requirements, such as gluten free, vegetarian, dairy free and food allergies.
We will be offering an accommodation option during your registration process until 16 February 2026 which takes the hassle out of having to book your own accommodation separately.
There will be two hotels in Dunedin to choose from Thursday 19 March - Sunday 22 March 2026 (until each hotel reaches capacity):

All catering is included in the conference package.
Internet access
Wi-Fi will be available during the conference for all delegates and will be announced at the beginning of the conference.
Parking - there is no onsite parking at the venue, however there are pay and display parking spaces on Monray Place.
Yes, a certificate of attendance will be emailed to all delegates post-ASM.
