If you are travelling from outside of Sydney, we recommend you book accommodation close to Darling Harbour. We have reserved a limited number of rooms for our clients at the Hyatt Regency for an early bird room price on a first come, first served basis.

How to get there?

Farm2Fork will be held at White Bay Cruise Terminal in Sydney on the foreshore of Sydney Harbour.

Private charter ferries will depart from King Street Wharf 2/3 in Darling Harbour between 7:40 and 8:40am. When you register for the event, you can choose the ferry time slot. Please note that if you miss your ferry, you'll have to reach the event site by taxi or uber.

Returning from the event site: After the Farm2Fork summit program we will have a ferry leaving at 6.30pm to King Street Wharf 2/3. There will be regular ferries departing from 9:30pm onwards to King Street Wharf. If you need to leave earlier, you will need to order a taxi or uber.

Is parking provided at the event location?

Parking is unavailable at the venue and surrounding area. All attendees will travel to White Bay Cruise Terminal by ferry. Your ferry time will be confirmed prior to the event.

What if I need to take a taxi?

If due to circumstances, you need to come by taxi you have to navigate to White Bay Cruise Terminal. Pick-up/ Drop-off areas are right outside the cruise terminal. Please advise your driver they can only access White Bay Cruise Terminal by taking James Craig Road via The Crescent and NOT by Robert Street in Balmain.

What is the dress code?

Smart casual dress is required. We recommend comfortable clothing and, depending on Sydney weather, we also recommend a hat and sunscreen.

How can I check-in and get my name tag?

You can scan your QR Code at the registration booth located at White Bay Cruise Terminal directly from your phone. Alternatively, we can print your name tag by searching for your name. Our friendly on-site team will be happy to assist you at the event if you need any assistance.

Where can I find my QR code?

Your QR code is in your 'Ticket to Rabobank Farm2Fork Summit 2023' email which you would have received on Wednesday 22nd March.

Is there a cloak room?

Yes, there is a cloak room at White Bay Cruise Terminal.

I have not registered, but my Account Manager invited me, can I still attend?

Yes you can! Please contact your Account Manager and head to King Street Wharf 2/3. You can register at the wharf.
